Self-Portrait

Self-Portrait

“Self-Portrait” is a serious and focused depiction of the artist, executed in the tradition of the realist portrait school. The composition is built frontally: the figure is shown half-length, with emphasis on the face and hands. The artist’s expression conveys inner tension and contemplation. The round glasses intensify the impression of intellectual concentration, while the neutral background highlights the central figure. The color palette is restrained, dominated by dark and gray-brown tones
