Autumn still life
The painting “Autumn Still Life” is executed in the traditional genre manner, reflecting the richness and abundance of the autumn season. On the table are the gifts of nature: apples, pears, peppers, and mushrooms, painted with gentle realism. At the center of the composition is a vase with a dense, lush bouquet of bright red rowan berries and yellow wildflowers, which seem to radiate warmth. The color scheme is built on the contrast between a subdued background and the rich red-and-golden accents, creating a festive yet tranquil mood.
Gennadiy Surma
Born on March 19th, 1946 in the town of Glusk (Belarus). Graduated from; the Minsk Art School named after A.K. Glebov (1971). Works in easel painting and water-colour painting in genres of landscape and still life. Since 1971 he is a participant of art exhibitions. Has held 12 personal exhibitions in Belarus, Poland and Germany (1989-2001). The works are in museums and picture galleries of Minsk, Brest, Mogilev, as well as in private collections in a number of foreign countries. A member of the BAD since 1994. Lives in Вгеst
