Vladimir Tulupov
Born on February 17th, 1951 in Brest (Belarus). Graduated from the Rostov Art School named after M.B. Grekov (1975) and the Art and Drawing Department of the Vitebsk Pedagogical Institute (1984). Works in easel painting and in water-colours in genres of a picture, portrait and still life, as well as in drawing (a drawing). Since 1976 he takes part in art exhibitions. In 1997 he held his personal exhibition in Brest. A member of the BAU since 1997. Lives in Brest
