The painting “Folk Master V. I. Gavrilyuk” is a realistic portrait of an elderly woman dressed in traditional Belarusian folk costume. She is depicted wearing a red headdress, a white shirt with ornamental embroidery on the sleeves and chest, and adorned with large beads. In her hands, the heroine holds a straw toy — a symbol of folk craftsmanship.
