Pavel Kulsha
Born on September 25ttl, 1974 in the town of Slutsk of Minsk region (Belarus).Graduated from Children's Art School in Brest (1992) and from Pedagogical Department (speciality — fine art) of Brest State University (1997).Works in the field of easel painting.Since 1994 participates in art exhibitions and open-airs.Held personal exhibition in Brest (2000).Since 1997 teaches at Children's Art School of Brest.Lives in Brest.
