Igor Shkirya
Born on May 14th, 1948 in Moscow (Russia). Graduated from the Minsk Art School (1967). Works in the field of easel painting in genres of portrait, landscape, still life. Since 1967 he is a participant of art exhibitions. Has held personal exhibitions in the town of Baranovichi (1996, 1998, 1999, 2000). The works are in the museum of local lore, history and economy of the town of Baranovichi and in private collections in Belarus and a number of foreign countries. Since 1967 he is the head of the fine arts studio of the Palace of Children's Creation of the town of Baranovichi. A member of the BAU since 1997. Lives in Baranovichi.
