Features and benefits of a universal plastering machine for construction sites.

Universal Plastering Machine

Piston construction pumps are durable, reliable, and powerful machines for any construction site. They are highly versatile and designed for use with building mixtures, ready-mix dry mortars, and prepared solutions with a grain size up to 8 mm. These are reliable universal machines with either electric or diesel drive, intended for long-term operation. For many years, piston pumps have proven their reliability, robust design, durability, low operating costs, and maximum performance.

Plastering machines of this type can be found on construction sites all over the world, even under partially extreme conditions. Low operating costs, combined with simplicity and ease of use, have greatly contributed to their reputation as "true workhorses." The plastering unit is designed to handle almost all types of plaster and mortar. It can be used for plaster application, wet shotcreting, pumping, filling, and injection work. The range of possible applications is virtually unlimited.

Many companies still (or once again) produce mortar mixtures on-site directly at the construction site. Such freshly prepared mortar has two key advantages: firstly, it is cost-effective, since local sand and cement are used. Secondly, it can be precisely adapted to the wall material and local climate conditions. The plastering unit is a comprehensive device for mixing and pumping, equipped with a compulsory mixer, pump, and compressor. Thus, the machine can be used for a wide variety of purposes: preliminary spraying, priming, plaster spraying, textured plastering, as well as for conveying ready-mix dry and wet mortars. The plastering unit can operate with cement mortars up to 8 mm grain size under a pressure of up to 40 bar. It can also easily mix and pump cement and bentonite slurries.

The unit also performs excellently when handling filling operations with large output volumes and long delivery lines. It can be used as a grouting pump for joint filling and is well-suited for high-quality mortars with coarse aggregates (e.g., renovation cement mortar with grain size up to 8 mm). However, its ideal application is shotcreting concrete with aggregate sizes up to 8 mm. The plastering machine perfectly follows the principle of simplicity and functionality: it has a straightforward design of the pump, drive unit, compulsory mixer, mixing hopper, and compressor. In addition to standard tasks such as priming and plastering, the unit is also ideal for large-scale mortar conveying, such as for filling formwork.

Work safety is ensured by an overpressure safety device. It automatically switches off the pump once the set pressure is reached. When the pressure drops below this level, the pump switches back on automatically. Thus, it can also be successfully used as an injection pump with pressure maintenance.
