Leisure for everyone: dance, photo contests, airsoft, and surprising personal hobbies.

For those who want to relax and have a great time — an entertainment announcement

It is probably impossible to find a person who has never wondered how to spend a weekend. Be it holidays, or simply some day that is important for their partner, for themselves, or for the family.

It would be quite wrong to think that this question concerns only young people or only residents of big cities, where a new poster hangs on every corner, every magazine contains an announcement of some event, and organizers, eager to attract the public, seem to be holding a photo contest of temptations. Small towns also have places to unwind, and events there are sometimes no less — and sometimes far more — entertaining than in places where people's indulgence drives them to seek ever newer entertainments, sometimes extremely unusual or even strange.

Your desires completely determine the place of rest. Dance lovers are unlikely to be attracted by a new movie poster, and fans of active recreation will not be intrigued by a photo exhibition or a photo contest. However, it can be useful from time to time to do not only what you love most, but a variety of other things as well. The announcement of the latest film can attract athletes, perpetually rushed students, and intellectuals alike. A change of activity, you will agree, is for good reason considered the best kind of rest. It is no wonder that more and more people relax in ways you could hardly imagine when looking at them. Who would guess that a businesswoman, whose elegant suits leave no room for thoughts other than businesslike elegance, whose smartphone fits into a tiny purse, whose manicured fingers run lightly and quickly over the keyboard… Who would think that at home such a lady awaits not an annual balance sheet, but a poster inviting her to Argentine tango evenings or an announcement of extreme-sports enthusiasts' club meetings. Hardly anyone would suppose that a restrained surgeon, constantly making decisions, might wander endlessly around the city searching for that very moment which, when captured, will win him the "My Native Country" photo contest.

The world changes, and with it ideas about what is compatible and incompatible change as well. Sometimes, to form a final judgment about a person and whether you should deal with them, you need to know what poster might interest them, which photo contest they could attend, or which event announcement is marked in their daily planner. In a rapidly changing world only eternal values remain eternal, yet many mask them with "fashionable" phrases, inappropriate dress codes, and inadequate behavior. A person shows their true face only when relaxing; among like-minded people and friends they return to themselves, and only there is it possible to understand whether the treasure seeker has found a pearl in the sea sand or a clump of seaweed in a beautiful shell. That is why we all, without thinking, become treasure hunters seeking our own little "pearls." In that search everything matters, because you never know which announcement or what kind of poster may become the fateful event that will lead you to your true calling, sincere love, or the realization of something you have thought about many times but never reached a conclusion on.

Men differ from boys only in the price of the toys they play with. This aphorism is especially relevant now, when the prices of some toys exceed reasonable bounds and seem capable of rising to infinity. And what do modern men play with? The same things as kids do: war games and cars.

For a long time the war game has been popular among the male population, and today it is available in every form depending on financial means and personal preference.

One variation of the game for adults, currently wildly popular in the USA and Japan, is beginning to gain recognition in Europe. This pastime is called variously: hardball or airsoft. In our region, by analogy with paintball, the word "strikeball" appeared.
Strikeball is a team game in which players shoot precise pneumatic replicas of full combat weapons, made from light alloy and plastic, using plastic BBs. Today about a dozen and a half companies, mostly located in Japan, produce gear and strikeball weapons.

All strikeball weapons are divided into several categories. The first and particularly numerous category is mechanical weapons. This includes about fifty models of noise rifles, machine guns, and pistols. The second category is gas-powered equipment. Here, mainly hammer-fired models are copied. They are operated by the energy of compressed gas pumped into the grip through a valve. Another category stands out among the gas-powered samples for its distinctiveness. It features copies of "blow back" pistols — literally meaning "reverse blow." In these, compressed air is pumped directly into the magazine holding the BBs.

What are the advantages of strikeball? First, the realism of the weapons, since they correspond almost one hundred percent to the originals. Unlike paintball, strikeball is characterized by low traumatic impact on the player. This game is not limited to a specific play area — it can be played on city streets, playgrounds, fields, or in forests. Strikeball is noted for the relative lightness of its ammunition and its low cost.

The biggest events are the Season Opening in early May and the Season Closing in late September. With each season strikeball gains popularity in Kazakhstan. There are many teams in the regions, as well as in neighboring countries, for example in Ukraine, in Russia, and so on. It should also be noted that strikeball is not considered a commercial game, so players must purchase all gear and strikeball weapons themselves. Therefore, to prepare for a game it is not a bad idea to visit the web and run the corresponding query: buy airsoft weapons. But that is only the first time; afterwards you only need to gather a team.
