Экспортирует продукцию в Российскую Федерацию, Украину, Германию, Литву, Польшу.

JSC «Pinsk Meat Processing Plant» produces and offers for sale over 450 types of meat products: 300 types of sausages, cooked, semi-smoke cured, raw smoked, dry-cured, jerked, frankfurters, sausages and more than 150 different semi-finished pork, beef and poultry products; raw fat, albumin, nutritional, endocrine and enzyme raw materials, food in jelly. Today the enterprise has been reconstructed (including sausage and culinary shop floors). New industrial, refrigeratory and administrative buildings have been built. Updated equipment permitted the plant to standardize the production according to the international ISO norms and standards what makes the enterprise and its produced items competitive at the supersaturated Belarusian meat market. «Pinsk Meat Processing Plant» produces the following items: pork and beef meat, sausage foods and smoked meat products, meat semifinished products. The quality control and the compliance with requirements of technological norms and standards is provided by the own certified laboratory. The implementation of a quality management system on the STB ISO 9001-2001 basis allowed to improve labour capacity and responsibility of the personnel. In 2002 the plant received a certificate of conformance with ISO 9000-1994 quality system. In 2003 the quality management system was updated to qualify the ISO 9000-2000 requirements. The HACCP quality system has also been implemented. |
