За время своего существования ОАО «Барановичский молочный комбинат» стал широко известен не только на территории РБ, но и за рубежом. Производимая продукция, известна в Российской Федерации, в Республике Польша, в Республике Германия, в Республике Азербайджан, в Республике Казахстан. Налажены прочные связи со многими фирмами этих стран. Экспортные виды продукции широко известны в странах ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. По сухим молочным продуктам комбинат аттестован ведущими компаниями MARS, DANON,СADBURY.

Dairy products manufacture. More than 100 types of natural whole-milk products: sterilized milk, processed cheese, butter, ice-cream, mayonnaise, powdered milk products, whole milk substitutes, industrial casein. «Baranovichi Dairy Plant» was established in 1944 with manufacturing capacity of 1,5 ton of milk per shift and with only 18 employees. Upgraded plant after the reconstruction in 1964 started to produce 30 ton of milk per shift. Number of employees reached 246. In 1969 after the technical renovation the enterprise turned into one of the largest diary plants in Belarus. In 1983 Baranovichi city plant was renamed into “Baranovichi Integrated Diary Plant”. In 1994 the enterprise received its present entity status of the Open joint-Stock Company. The current daily manufacturing capacity of diary products is 420 ton. A range of items is permanently expanding: from 13 items in 1994 to 75 items in present. The enterprise produces: butter, soft cheese, melted cheese, pure milk, ice crème, skim milk powder. All products made by Open Joint-Stock Company «Baranovichi Dairy Plant» are popular among customers in Belarus and abroad. The management of the enterprise is planning further technical renovation and improvement of the diary production. In 2005 the enterprise received the certificate of conformance ISO 9001 (BY/112/05/0/0/0486).The HACCP system is being implemented. One of the priorities of the enterprise is the production of dry milk products and cheese-making. The company produces 12 types of semi-hard cheeses that fit every taste. For the cheese ripening and storage a new cheese cellar with automatic maintenance of storage and ripening modes has been built; the total onetime storage amounts 450 tons. The enterprise systematically introduces high-performance equipment, masters progressive state-of-art technologies, improves the system of automated control of technological processes, develops and implements the set of measures on saving and rational use of fuel-energy and material resources. |
