Предприятие производит и реализует: колбасные изделия, консервы мясные, полуфабрикаты, мясо и субпродукты, жиры пищевые и технические, сухие животные корма, альбумин пищевой, шкуры.
Комбинат утвердился на рынке республики и за ее пределами в списке общепризнанных лидеров по производству мясных консервов и колбасных изделий, по разработке новых видов продукции и внедрению прогрессивных технологий, применению современных оболочек и упаковочных материалов.

The enterprise was established in 1972 and today is known as one of the leaders in the production of meat and sausage goods, and also in the development and implementation of new food technologies and packaging materials.
In present «Bereza Meat and Dairy Factory» performs business activity in the following primary areas:
manufacturing, processing and tinning of meat and meat food,
production of animal feeding stuff,
production of bread and bakery products,

and secondary areas:
production of the light metals packing,
retail and wholesale trade,
cargo transportations,
organization of a public catering,
accommodation,
water service and sewer system service,
electricity services,
vehicle maintenance.

All items are produced in accordance with the technical legal norms of the TNPA.
«Bereza Meat and Dairy Factory» has already received 45 national certificates of conformance (19-for sausage goods, 26-for tinned products, 9 for other items) and 30 certificates in Russian Federation.
To confirm quality of the produced items and to improve the competitiveness the quality management system STB ISO 9001-2001 for tinned meat and tinned meat with vegetable additives was implemented and the certificate of conformance with the STB GOST R 51705.1-2001 standard and HACCP requirements.
The enterprise is further developing the quality management system of the sausage production in accordance ISO 9001-2001 and HACCP requirements.
Since 2005 at the «Bereza Meat and Dairy Factory» the environment management system under the STB ISO 14001-2005 requirements has been implemented.
