СОАО «Ляховичский молочный завод» производит цельномолочную продукцию: сметану, творог и творожные изделия, а также масло сливочное, концентрированную молочную сыворотку, казеин кислотный. Ассортимент насчитывает более 50 наименований продукции.

Внедрение в производство новых видов продуктов с учетом потребностей рынка и ожиданий потребителей – один из движущих факторов развития СОАО «Ляховичский молочный завод».
Творожные десерты, творожные кремы изготавливаются на основе свежеприготовленного творога с добавлением сливочного масла и фруктовых наполнителей. В состав стабилизатора творожных изделий входят гуаровая камедь, камедь плодов рожкового дерева, каррагинан. Предприятие изготавливает сливочное масло с массовой долей жира от 67% до 82%
. Отвечая запросам потребителей и возрастающим требованиям рынка к продукции лечебно-профилактического и диетического направления СОАО «Ляховичский молочный завод» освоено производство кефира, кефирного продукта с комплексом пребиотиков «Иммулин», молока питьевого, обогащенного лактулозой.

Одним из главных направлений деятельности СОАО «Ляховичский молочный завод» является внедрение в производство прогрессивных технологий и новых видов оборудования, позволяющих механизировать и автоматизировать технологические процессы.

«Lyakhovichi Dairy Plant» was established in 1946 as a small manual production. By 1974 it was totally reconstructed and its manufacturing capacity reached 70 ton of milk per day. At present the enterprise is able process 200 ton of milk and the line of goods is more than 40 items. In 2002 the plant received the legal status of a commercial organization with foreign investments.
The main areas of business activity are milk processing and production of diary items.
A permanent quality control is provided by the following measures: development and implementation of the HACCP system, accredited testing laboratory, strict monitoring of incoming primary milk.
JSC «Lyakhovichi Dairy Plant» produces whole milk products: sour cream, cottage cheese and cheese products, as well as butter, concentrated whey, acid casein. The assortment consists of more than 50 items.
The introduction of new types of products tailored to market needs and expectations of customers is one of the driving factors of development of the JSC «Liakhovichi lactic factory». Cottage cheese desserts, cream cheese are made on the basis of freshly prepared cottage cheese with the addition of butter and fruit flavors. The composition of the stabilizer of cheese products includes guar gum, carob gum, carrageenan. The dairy plant produces butter with a mass fraction fat from 67% to 82%.
Responding to consumer demands and increasing market demands to the production of therapeutic and prophylactic and dietary trends JSC «Lyakhovichi Dairy Plant» began commercial production of kefir, kefir product with a complex of prebiotics «Immulin», drinking milk enriched with lactulose.
One of the main activities of the JSC «Lyakhovichi Dairy Plant» is the introduction into production of advanced technologies and new types of equipment, allowing mechanization and automation of technological processes.
60% of the products manufactured by the enterprise are exported to the Russian Federation, Moldova, Ukraine, Germany, France, Poland, Holland and Latvia.
